Casa Appia is a well-maintained tourist apartment, about 80 sqm, located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator. It consists of two bedrooms, one twin and one with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment also has a panoramic corner balcony.
The master bedroom is finely furnished and includes a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside tables.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables,and it's in different modern style.
The dining room is complete with a table with 5 chairs and a comfortable sofa bed, ideal to accommodate eventual fifth person.
The kitchen is furnished in solid granite top and the appliances - including a 4-burner hob cooker, oven, fridge freezer and microwave - provide all the home comforts needed to spend a relaxing and comfortable holiday in Rome.
The bathroom, finely finished, has a bath / shower. The washing machine is at your disposal.
The equipment of the apartment includes free wi-fi, LCD TV, air conditioning, elevator.
